About Our Placements Cell
The Training & Placement Cell plays a vital role by being a stand for Corporates and Young graduands to work together for mutual benefit. The Placement cell works with much gusto in seeking and sequencing campus interviews for the students. The training and placement cell caters to hone the student's communication & interview skills. Services are provided throughout the year to prepare students and help those secure placements.
Goal
To upskill our students in order to be prepared for the recent industrial environment and almost recruit them in Multi-National Companies.
Objective
- To place 100% of the eligible students according to corporate specifications through On-Campus and Off-Campus interviews conducted by our training partners in various industrial sectors.
- To motivate our students to develop their personality in terms of Career Planning and upskilling, which will help them to exploit good job opportunities.
- To develop skill and abilities to improve students’ Communication and technical knowledge to increase their employability, according to industrial demands.
The Institute’s Placement Office will facilitate the placement of all eligible students who are validly enrolled in the respective programmes.
All students who are eligible and require placement assistance must fill a Placement registration form. Only eligible students can participate in the placement process.
The eligibility criteria and the job description shared by the company is cascaded to students. Students must register for each drive separately.
Database to be updated as and when change occurs in percentage of marks and if any certifications obtained.
Students must have at least 75 % attendance in Campus Preparation Training.
A student can have a maximum of two job offers; thereafter, the student is considered out of the campus placement process.
A student cannot leave in between the placement process.
The final selects shared by the company will be informed to the students officially.
Students are asked to give a copy of offer letters when received.
Students are asked to inform on time about the acceptance of offer letters.
The institution strictly does not encourage students to participate in any placement activities conducted on the commercial front; the TPC will not be responsible for such participations, if any.
Training may be conducted with internal experts or by hiring external agencies. The training is compulsory for all the students whether they take part in placement or not. The placement training partners organize campus interviews by reputed companies, with the aim of placing all the eligible students before the end of their studies.
