General Merit: Minimum 45% in Physics + Mathematics + one optional subject. English must be included.
SC/ST & OBC: Minimum 40%. If Chemistry score is low, other optional subjects (Biotech, Bio, CS, Electronics) may be considered.

Eligibility: Diploma with minimum 45% (General) or 40% (SC/ST/OBC - Karnataka) in 5th & 6th sem combined.

Aggregate % = (Sum of marks in 5th & 6th sem) ÷ (Max total marks of 5th & 6th sem) × 100
Requirement: Must take an entrance test (CET/COMED-K or others).
